Foodics Acquires UK’s Solo Ventures and Leads Investments in 3 Companies

Foodics has fully acquired Solo Ventures, a UK-based company specializing in self-order kiosks and app-based ordering technologies.

The announced investments include Greek platform Norma, specializing in data analytics, “Adad”, providing accounting systems for SMEs, and Arzag Plus, a platform focused on food and beverage supply chain solutions.

Foodics stated that the acquisition will help enhance its offerings in the food and beverage sector.

Founded in 2014, Foodics has successfully processed over 06 billion orders through its platform.
