WakeCap Expands Globally Through Trackfy Acquisition

WakeCap, the sensor-powered project intelligence and controls platform trusted globally for the management of complex construction and industrial projects, announces the acquisition of Trackfy, the Brazilian industrial operations and workforce safety solution. This strategic move expands WakeCap’s footprint into Latin America, establishing Brazil as the new LATAM headquarters, while extending client support across the full project lifecycle, from construction to daily industrial operations.
The acquisition enhances WakeCap’s capabilities in Operations & Maintenance (O&M), enabling the delivery of a single connected solution that bridges construction and industrial operations, ultimately increasing long-term customer value (LTV).
Di-Anne Eisner, Chief Strategy Officer at WakeCap, stated:
“Trackfy brings strategic value by complementing our vision for full lifecycle construction management and expanding our global service offering. By combining WakeCap’s connected construction technology with Trackfy’s workforce safety and industrial operations expertise, we can now deliver comprehensive solutions to clients across all project phases.”
Tulio Cerviño, CEO and Co-Founder of Trackfy, added:
“Joining WakeCap enables us to scale our technology, expand into new regions, and serve customers across the complete industrial project lifecycle. This acquisition is not just a transaction—it is a step toward our shared vision of establishing a global standard for smart operations and industrial intelligence.”
Founded in 2017 by Dr. Hassan Albalawi and Ishita Sood, WakeCap has transformed construction site management through live, site-wide visibility of workforce, safety, productivity, and project progress. Its platform has tracked over 150 million labor hours across $120 billion in active projects, including major initiatives such as Aramco, NEOM, Qiddiya, and King Salman Park, as well as projects in the US, UAE, Brazil, and Japan. WakeCap’s technology empowers workers, enhances safety, and enables data-driven decision-making, reducing risks and insurance costs while maximizing operational efficiency.
This acquisition positions WakeCap to lead global construction and industrial technology, bridging Silicon Valley innovation, Saudi-scale delivery, and now Latin American reach, at the intersection of AI, IoT, and industrial transformation.
