UK’s Pinewood.AI Acquires UAE’s Seez for $42 Million

Pinewood.AI has announced the acquisition of 91% of UAE-based Seez in a $42 million deal, expected to be finalized by March 19, 2025.

Following this acquisition, Pinewood.AI will own 100% of Seez, after previously investing $4.2 million in September 2024 to support its expansion into the U.S. market.

Seez provides a cloud-based AI and data analytics platform designed to assist car dealerships in optimizing their sales operations.

Founded in 2015 by Tarek Kabrit and Andrew Kabrit, Seez has grown into a leading player in automotive cloud technology.
