Strategic Partnership Between Saudi Arabia’s EIF and Legends Global to Elevate the Kingdom’s Events Industry

Saudi Arabia’s Event Investment Fund (EIF) has announced a strategic joint venture with Legends Global, the world-leading operator in major international events, to enhance the Kingdom’s capabilities in hosting world-class sports, cultural, and entertainment events.

The agreement aims to transfer global expertise into the Saudi market and elevate local event operations to match international standards such as the World Cup, Super Bowl, and G20 Summits, all of which are globally managed by Legends Global.

This partnership supports EIF’s mission to build a fully integrated events ecosystem aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The Fund recently launched its first major project — the Riyadh Shooting Range Development, with an investment exceeding USD 130.8 million (SAR 491 million).

Under the joint venture, Legends Global will exclusively deliver management services for EIF-developed venues, including convention centers, exhibition halls, and entertainment facilities. The signing took place during the Momentum Development Conference in Riyadh, with the first venue under the agreement being an Olympic-standard shooting range, followed by a business convention and exhibition center and a multi-purpose arena.
