Simplex CNC Signs MoU to Establish Factory in Riyadh

Egyptian startup Simplex CNC, specializing in innovative CNC machine manufacturing, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi National Industrial Development Center to establish its first factory in Riyadh with an investment of $13 million.

Founded in 2013, the company provides integrated industrial solutions to a wide range of businesses across various sectors such as manufacturing and engineering.

The factory will be built on an area of 20,000 square meters, with operations expected to start in the first quarter of 2026. The project aims to localize advanced industries and boost exports as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
