ResquadAI, a Saudi-based platform specializing in AI-driven technology recruitment, has successfully closed a $1.5 million seed funding round, led by SRG Group, with participation from several angel investors.

ResquadAI operates a digital marketplace and SaaS platform designed specifically for the tech recruitment sector. Powered by a proprietary Large Language Model (LLM), the platform automates the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, matching, pricing, compliance, and payments, enabling companies to accelerate hiring processes by up to 99%.

The platform combines a robust software solution with a global B2B marketplace for developers, allowing organizations to access top technical talent worldwide while removing geographical barriers. It also focuses on unlocking underutilized developer capacity, transforming it into a scalable revenue stream that supports projects across multiple industries.

The newly secured investment will be allocated toward advancing ResquadAI’s core technologies, accelerating regional expansion, strengthening internal teams, and establishing strategic partnerships with government entities. This follows the company’s $1.2 million pre-seed round closed in 2024.

Founded in 2024 by Abdullah Al Jaafari and Anton Brychak, ResquadAI has rapidly expanded its footprint, now operating across more than 52 countries. The company positions itself as a global platform originating from Saudi Arabia, delivering efficient cross-border employment solutions.
