Rasmal Ventures Leads $12M Series A Funding Round for Roamless

Qatari venture capital firm Rasmal Ventures has led a $12 million Series A funding round for US-based Roamless, a global connectivity provider leveraging eSIM technology.
The round saw participation from prominent regional and international investors including Shorooq, Revo Capital, Finberg, and JIMCO. According to the official statement, Roamless will use the new funding to expand network coverage and launch “Roamless Numbers,” enabling users to obtain local phone numbers in over 20 countries for making and receiving calls and texts directly via the app.
Founded in 2023 by a team of Turkish entrepreneurs, Roamless has developed a borderless mobile connectivity platform powered by a single eSIM, allowing users to connect in over 200 countries via pay-as-you-go or travel-specific plans.
The company stands out by managing its own telecom infrastructure, offering a unified experience across hundreds of international networks while providing services beyond simple data transfer and ensuring end-to-end control over customer experience quality.
