Paket Mutfak Secures $3.8 Million, Bringing Total Funding to $12.3 Million

Cloud kitchen network Paket Mutfak, founded by Tali Salhon and Eytan Nahmiyas, has secured $3.8 million in a new funding round, bringing its total funding to date to $12.3 million.
The round included participation from existing investors such as Nokta Yatırım Holding A.Ş., ÜNLÜ & Co, and Firat Isbecer, while new investors joining the round include Ali Sabancı, Sip & Bite GSYF, Robert Baler, and Corsini Global Holding A.Ş..
The funding comes at a time when delivery services are expanding rapidly, yet service quality standards have not evolved at the same pace. Paket Mutfak addresses this gap through an operations-centric model, supported by a structure built exclusively for delivery. The company operates a multi-brand system designed to deliver speed, quality, and consistency simultaneously.
Currently operating 16 branches and 16 brands across Istanbul, the company manages millions of annual orders from all major food ordering platforms through its proprietary operational infrastructure, establishing a scalable service standard.
The newly secured capital will be allocated to strengthening technological infrastructure and enhancing customer experience. The company aims to further develop its proprietary ordering application and deepen its delivery-focused technological solutions. In addition, expanding its branch and brand network and increasing supply chain flexibility are among the planned uses of the funds.
