MEPsaudi and SVC Collaborate to Prepare Reports and Studies on the Impact of Entrepreneurship and Venture Investment

Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – In the presence of His Excellency Faisal F. Alibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning, the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEPsaudi) signed a memorandum of cooperation with Saudi Venture Capital (SVC). The agreement aims to share data and studies related to the regulatory environment for entrepreneurship and investment, collaborate on studies evaluating the economic impact of entrepreneurship and venture capital investment, and study priority sectors and develop investment plans to support them.
The memorandum also includes preparing joint reports on developments in entrepreneurship and venture capital investment and their economic impact, as well as designing and implementing initiatives supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, in addition to other areas of collaboration to be agreed upon between the two parties.
The agreement was signed by His Excellency the Vice Minister of Economy and Planning, Ammar Nagadi, and the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Venture Capital, His Excellency Dr. Nabeel Koshak.
