Magna AI and TechnoVal Launch $300M Alliance to Drive Industrial Transformation

Magna AI and TechnoVal have entered a landmark $300 million strategic alliance aimed at accelerating digital and industrial transformation across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The announcement was made during GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, marking one of the most ambitious AI-driven industrial transformation initiatives in the region.

Under this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Magna AI, a global AI Transformation Factory established in partnership with Trend Micro and Wistron Digital Technology Holding Company (WDH) and powered by NVIDIA’s next-generation technologies, will collaborate with TechnoVal, an SAP Gold Partner and leading regional enabler of enterprise digital transformation.

The partnership seeks to empower enterprises and governments to become more efficient, secure, and sustainable, by integrating Magna AI’s expertise in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity with TechnoVal’s regional strength in ERP, enterprise systems, and managed services.

A key element of the alliance includes the development of a sovereign-ready AI and Cloud Data Center in Saudi Arabia, serving as a regional innovation hub for MENA. This facility will provide advanced digital infrastructure to support public and private sector workloads securely, ensuring compliance with national data sovereignty requirements.

Additionally, HSA and OMACO Groups, TechnoVal’s parent companies operating across manufacturing, logistics, and food industries, will be transformed into fully AI-driven industrial models. Through predictive analytics and automation, both groups will set a new global benchmark for AI-powered operations that maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Under the agreement, Magna AI’s technologies will be integrated into TechnoVal’s SAP ecosystem, enhancing solutions such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and SAC with predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI copilots, enabling organizations to achieve enterprise-wide intelligence and performance optimization.

TechnoVal’s cybersecurity portfolio will also be strengthened through Magna AI’s advanced SIEM and Cybersecurity Digital Twin technologies, providing proactive defense, predictive threat detection, and measurable resilience.

“This alliance represents the fusion of global AI power with regional excellence,” said Dr. Moataz BinAli, CEO of Magna AI. “Together with TechnoVal, we are building the architecture of an AI-enabled economy that prioritizes sovereignty, security, and sustainable impact.”

“At TechnoVal, innovation has always been at the heart of our growth story,” added Basim Ibrahim Hayel Saeed, Chairman of TechnoVal. “Partnering with Magna AI allows us to lead the next industrial evolution, driving measurable outcomes through intelligence, automation, and insight.”

The two companies will also collaborate on business development, ecosystem enablement, and knowledge exchange programs, fostering responsible AI adoption and setting new industry standards across MENA’s industrial and service sectors.
