Real Estate Tech Accelerator Launched by the National Technology Development Program
As part of a strategic initiative to foster innovation in the real estate sector, the National Information Technology Development Program has announced the launch of a PropTech Accelerator titled “Future of Lifestyle”, in collaboration with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) and global accelerator Startup Wise Guys.
The accelerator aims to support 10 leading PropTech startups by equipping them with advanced technological and investment tools, while connecting them with networks of investors and industry decision-makers to develop smart and sustainable solutions that address the growing challenges of the real estate market.
Participating startups include: Rensair, Fluix, One Loyalty, BeiT, Unlockland, Ailytics, Algoma, Outcome, and Augrade—all carefully selected to drive innovation across diverse areas within the PropTech ecosystem.
In September 2024, REGA launched the PropTech Business Accelerator Program in partnership with the National IT Development Program and Startup Wise Guys, as part of Saudi Vision 2030, with the goal of accelerating the growth of real estate startups and enhancing their contribution to the national economy.
The program offers specialized training workshops, mentorship, and advisory sessions led by industry experts, in addition to direct access to angel investors and venture capital funds, helping participating startups achieve sustainable growth and long-term success in both local and international markets.
