Jozo Signs a Strategic Partnership with RER to Advance Fractional Ownership & Real Estate Tokenization

Jozo, the Saudi leading company in Real Estate Tokenization and fractional ownership, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the National Real Estate Registration Services Company (RER), represented by its CEO Dr. Mohammed Al-Sulaiman, during Cityscape Riyadh 2025. The signing took place in the presence of H.E. Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and Eng. Abdullah Al-Hammad, CEO of the General Real Estate Authority.
The agreement aims to strengthen technological integration and enable the use of the RER ID, a unified digital identifier for real estate assets, within an advanced digital infrastructure that supports modern investment and ownership models grounded in enhanced transparency and property-tracking technologies.
Real Estate Tokenization represents a significant transformation in the sector, empowering investors to own secure digital shares backed by authenticated real estate assets. This model broadens investor accessibility and contributes to greater market depth, flexibility, and efficiency, making it one of the key enablers of the shift toward digital real estate investments for both individuals and institutional investors.
Commenting on the partnership, Turki Khaled I. AlShlail, Founder and CEO of Jozo, stated:
“We are proud that Jozo stands as a pioneering Saudi company in the field of real estate tokenization. This agreement with RER is a pivotal milestone in building an advanced digital ecosystem that enhances transparent, accessible, and trusted pathways for real estate investment. Our vision is to empower investors to access stable-income real estate assets through modern digital models that foster innovation and align with the ambitions of Vision 2030.”
