Future Bridge for Fashion Industry has closed a $1.07 million funding round, coinciding with its acquisition of Premium Fabrics, a company specializing in fashion manufacturing for the local market.
According to a company statement, the move is part of an industrial expansion strategy aimed at building a scalable operational infrastructure capable of accommodating growing demand, while strengthening partnerships with local fashion brands through a sustainable business model.
The acquisition is intended to increase production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and shorten delivery timelines, in addition to introducing new manufacturing technologies within the fashion sector.
The company also plans to open a customer reception office in Riyadh in the coming period, with the goal of enhancing customer experience and accelerating communication with brand partners.
Founded in Saudi Arabia in 2016, Future Bridge for Fashion Industry focuses on fashion design and manufacturing for brand-led businesses, offering services that include design, tailoring, printing, and embroidery.
The company stated that its recent investments align with efforts to strengthen its industrial capabilities and adapt to the evolving demands of Saudi Arabia’s fashion market.
