Dubai Land Department Launches Real Estate Accelerator in Collaboration with REACH

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a cooperation agreement with REACH to launch the “REACH Middle East” real estate accelerator program.

The initiative aims to attract proptech (property technology) startups to Dubai and the Middle East, fostering innovation in the real estate sector.

The DLD will play a key role in promoting the program through its media channels, engaging with potential investors and partners, and providing regulatory guidance to participating startups.

Additionally, the department will offer data and insights on Dubai’s real estate market and facilitate pilot programs for these companies within the emirate, allowing them to test their innovations in a real-world environment.

On its part, REACH will select the participating startups, provide mentorship and funding, and grant access to its global network of investors and proptech experts.

The company will also establish its regional office in Dubai with support from the DLD, enhancing its presence in the region and attracting more talent and innovations to Dubai’s real estate market.

It is worth noting that REACH is one of the most active global investment funds in the proptech sector, having executed over 300 investments worldwide, alongside numerous strategic partnerships that reinforce Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation and sustainable real estate.
