Aramco’s Prosperity7 Ventures Joins $19.3M Funding Round for AI Company NeuBird AI
US-based NeuBird AI, a developer of agentic AI solutions for IT operations, has announced the closing of a $19.3 million funding round to accelerate product innovation and expand its global footprint. The round was led by Xora Innovation, with participation from existing investors Mayfield, StepStone Group, Prosperity7 Ventures—the venture capital arm of Saudi Aramco—as well as M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund. NeuBird AI is pioneering the use of agentic AI in IT operations, addressing the growing complexity of modern enterprise infrastructure, particularly as organizations manage increasingly complex multi-cloud environments and vast streams of operational data. The company’s platform simplifies complex data analysis and delivers real-time actionable insights, enabling organizations to innovate faster while improving operational efficiency. According to the 2026 State of Production Reliability and AI Adoption Report, engineers spend around 40% of their time responding to incidents rather than building new products—an inefficiency NeuBird AI aims to eliminate through intelligent automation and real-time root cause analysis. Gou Rao, Co-founder and CEO, said: “Modern infrastructure generates an unrelenting flood of alerts, logs, and telemetry signals. Most tools still require manual investigation. The result is slower innovation and lost engineering time.” Vinod Jayaraman, Co-founder and CTO, added: “Every engineer we talk to spends most of their time responding to incidents. This productivity loss is not sustainable. NeuBird AI helps teams prevent IT issues before they escalate.” Since launching publicly in December 2024, NeuBird AI has transitioned from proof-of-concept deployments to full production use across a growing base of enterprise customers. Clients have processed more than one million alerts using the platform, saved over $2 million in engineering time, and reduced mean time to resolution by up to 90%. The company also introduced NeuBird AI Falcon, its next-generation engine powering production operations agents, enabling predictive risk detection and infrastructure cost optimization. NeuBird AI plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, expand global sales, and broaden adoption among DevOps, SRE, and IT operations teams managing complex multi-cloud infrastructure.
