About

Yazeed Almubarak is a leading executive in global investment management and capital markets development in the Middle East. Since 2019, he has served as Managing Director, Head of the Middle East, and CEO of BlackRock Saudi Arabia, where he leads the firm’s regional strategy and expansion. He also holds key governance and investment roles, including membership in BlackRock’s Global Operating Committee and the Middle East Infrastructure Fund Investment Committee. In addition, he has served on the Board of Saudi Aramco Gas Pipelines Company since 2022 and previously contributed to the Capital Market Institutions Committee, reflecting his active role in shaping the financial ecosystem in the region. Academically, he holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and studied at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which has supported his analytical and strategic leadership approach.
