Since his appointment as CEO of the Health Holding Company in 2023, Al Huqbani has led the national transformation of the public healthcare system toward a sustainable and high-performance model. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) from 1996 to 2022, during which he successfully expanded the group into the largest private healthcare network in the Middle East, culminating in its public listing on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) in 2021—a landmark achievement in the history of Saudi healthcare.
