Munira Alkadi is a Saudi entrepreneur and product leader currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Aya, where she is building a fast, on-demand modest fashion platform starting with Saudi Arabia’s multi-billion-dollar abaya market and expanding across the GCC. With a background spanning venture capital, venture building, and product leadership at Soum—where she helped scale the platform from early-stage traction to over 4 million users—Alkadi brings a sharp understanding of growth, user behavior, and scalable operations. She holds an Honors degree in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and further specialized in Venture Capital and Private Equity at London Business School, combining financial acumen with hands-on startup execution.
