Mohsen Alshehri is a seasoned leader in social development and public-sector finance with over two decades of experience at the Social Development Bank (SDB). Throughout his career, he has held several senior leadership roles, including his current position as General Manager, where he focuses on strengthening institutional performance and advancing social finance initiatives across Saudi Arabia. His long tenure within the bank reflects deep expertise in operational governance and developmental impact. In addition to his executive role at SDB, Alshehri has contributed to public administration through his work with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing. His leadership is supported by strong academic qualifications from King Saud University, where he earned both a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
