Mohammed Farsi is a seasoned leader in the oil refining and chemicals sector, blending deep engineering expertise with strategic vision. Currently serving as President & CEO of SAMREF since June 2025, he oversees complex refining operations and capital projects, ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and sustainability. His career spans key leadership roles at Aramco and Petro Rabigh, where he led engineering, planning, and performance management teams, driving innovation and operational resilience. Farsi holds an MSc in Refinery Design and Operation from the University of Manchester, a Finance and Strategy Executive Program certificate from London Business School, and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, equipping him with a strong foundation to navigate complex industrial challenges.
