Since joining the family-founded Almoosa Hospital in 2007, Dr. Almoosa has played a pivotal role in leading its operational and strategic evolution. His visionary approach to change management and healthcare transformation increased the hospital’s capacity from 100 beds to 440 beds, with expansion plans reaching 750 beds following the opening of the Rehabilitation and Extended Care Hospital in 2022.
