With over three decades of leadership in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, Khalid M. Radwan has built a career defined by strategic vision and operational excellence. As CEO of Retaj Engineering & Consulting Co., he leads corporate strategy and oversees complex engineering and development projects, following more than a decade at SARED, the real estate arm of Saudi Airlines Corporation, where he directed business development, finance, operations, and mega project execution. A graduate of King AbdulAziz University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Radwan combines deep regulatory expertise with hands-on leadership in delivering large-scale developments across the Kingdom.
