Dr. Noura Mansouri is an energy and climate strategist with more than two decades of experience spanning research, policy, and global advisory work. As a Partner at EY within the Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice for the Middle East and North Africa, she advises governments and major institutions on decarbonization strategies, climate finance, and ESG transformation. Earlier in her career, she held senior research roles at KAPSARC and contributed to international climate policy discussions through the Think20 network of the G20, while her academic background includes an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School and a PhD in Carbon Management from the University of London.
