Bassem Fayek is a senior strategy and transformation leader with over fifteen years of experience across consulting, financial services, infrastructure, and investment. As Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), he leads large-scale initiatives that deliver significant economic value, including business model transformations, sovereign infrastructure programs, and investment strategy design across Egypt and the wider region. His work focuses on enabling institutional change, driving growth, and building scalable solutions in complex multi-stakeholder environments. He previously held senior roles at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), where he advised clients across the Middle East on strategy development, commercial due diligence, and organizational restructuring. He also began his career in investment banking at Beltone Financial, which strengthened his foundation in capital markets and financial analysis.
