About
Adel Alshammari has built a strong professional track record in the fields of customer service management and customer experience development across major institutions. With more than a decade of experience, he has focused on strengthening service frameworks, improving customer journeys, and enhancing communication channels to ensure more efficient and responsive service delivery. Since October 2025, he has served as Head of Customer Service at the Social Development Bank, where he leads initiatives aimed at advancing service standards and improving the overall customer experience across multiple channels. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles including Head of Customer Experience at a government entity between 2024 and 2025, and Director of Customer Service at Saudi Post (SPL) for more than ten years, contributing to the development of customer service operations and service delivery systems. His leadership approach is supported by an academic background in Information Systems, holding a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Systems from the University of Hail, which has enabled him to integrate technology-driven solutions into modern customer service environments.
